Can you manage the vibration of your life?

Can you manage the vibration of your security?

Can you manage the vibration of your spouse?

Do you want the ability to go with the flow?

Lynn Fabia can show you how through the principles of Aikido.  She teaches “about vibration”, which is the cornerstone, the basis of mechanics of all life.  Lynn combines her twenty-five plus years of Aikido experience with her uncanny understanding of life’s issues to bring you thought-provoking ideas that will inspire you to change the way you manage your day-to-day challenges.  Her presentation style is inspirational and moving, embracing you in feelings of serenity and tranquility, while energizing you to enhance your life.  Her tips are simple, practical and easily practiced.

Lynn goes beyond the Aikido physical movements of teaching more than the mind and body.  She teaches the unison, of body, mind, and spirit.  She teaches Aikido for life.  Using energetic aspects, vibrational analogies, philosophical insights and combining these with physical movements, Lynn teaches a whole new approach to learning.

Lynn's classes cover:

·        The power of intent

·        Responding rather than reacting

·        How to manage energy

·        How to get out of your own way

·        Defining your boundaries

·        How to increase your energy through positive thinking

·        Why resistance never works and re-direction works 100% of the time

Aikido was founded in the mid-1920’s by Morihei Ueshiba.  It is known as the “the path of harmonious energy” and the path of least resistance”.  It is among the highest in vibrations as it non-aggressive and non-violent.  Its principles teach one how to live, how to blend, and how to maintain constant adjustments in one’s life.  It is an unending source of self-awareness.

Lynn Fabia speaks to organizations and groups about the principles of Aikido for life and is currently focused on writing about the powerful impact of this art.

Hear what previous attendees have said about her teachings:

"When the student is ready, the teacher will appear" is a proverb that consistently proves itself in my life. Lynn Fabia is one of the most extraordinary teachers I have ever met. I feel honored to be one of her students in the life and art of Aikido.

Vince Poscente
Olympian and New York Times Bestselling author of "The Age of Speed"

"Lynn is a natural teacher – with the ability to simplify in word and demonstration.  She absolutely makes learning fun and the student leaves with an appetite for more.  What she teaches is significant on many levels in a person’s life.  To be able to defend one’s self without violence is empowering."

Sue M.

I believe Lynn exemplifies a great teacher’s ability to be transparent to the messages/teachings they are delivering. Less gifted teachers can get in the way of the teachings with their own baggage and as a result don’t deliver the purest message possible. I don’t see Lynn in an Aikido class – I see Aikido’s intent."

John L.

"The instructor was disciplined and powerful.  Her instructions were clear.  As a speech professor, I found this instructor very articulate and a powerful presence as a speaker.  I was immediately able to utilize the principles from this workshop with my students.  The seminar was excellent."

Michael D.

"What I liked most about the class is Lynn’s deliberate, clear focus.  I realized at the end she had been building on knowledge, not just throwing out information – it all connected. "

Throughout the decade, Lynn has been written up in Aikido Today Magazine (an international Aikido magazine), newspapers, D Magazine, as well as appearances on local television.
