Lynn Fabia, published author of The Martial Art of Life, The Art of Intentional Living instructs this four week series. There are many adversaries in life and not all are physical. Some are mental, spiritual, and others may be emotional. Concepts will be given with active discussions from class participants, which will allow you to handle real life situations, whether in relationships or business which are direct, diplomatic and effective. The course also includes: how to process energetic issues, i.e. how to leave a relationship with understanding, how to process guilt, centering drills, and training to heighten your awareness. This is a life-changing course.
